Awesome Golf Simulator v2.1.0 introduced the ability to download shot stats as CSV files. You can export your session data through either Awesome Golf Insights (web platform) or the Awesome Golf Community mobile app for analysis with SHOTMETRICS AI.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Complete Practice Session

  1. Start Practice Session: Open Awesome Golf and start a practice session in Shot-by-Shot, Coaching, or Club Distances mode
  2. Choose Your Club: Select which club you’re hitting and remember to change the club selection if you switch clubs
  3. Sign In: Ensure you’re signed in as a registered user during your session
  4. Hit Shots: Complete your practice session with shot data recorded

Step 2: Export via Awesome Golf Insights (Web Method)

  1. Visit Awesome Golf Insights: Go to insights.awesome-golf.com and sign in
  2. Navigate to Sessions: Select Stats → Sessions in the top navigation bar, or go directly to insights.awesome-golf.com/sessions
  3. Browse Session List: View your list of recent sessions showing Game Mode, number of shots, and club used
  4. Filter Sessions: Use the sidebar filters to narrow down your search by date if needed
  5. Select Target Session: Click on the specific session you want to export
  6. Access Export Menu: Click the small … (ellipsis) button in the top-right corner of the session page
  7. Export CSV: Select Export CSV from the dropdown menu
  8. Download File: The CSV file will start downloading in your browser

  1. Open Community App: Launch the Awesome Golf Community app on your mobile device
  2. Navigate to Stats: From the home page, select the My Stats tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Access Session Stats: Tap Session Stats

  6. Review Data: Scroll through averages for each data parameter and standard deviation figures
  7. Export Session: Tap the GET SESSION STATS.CSV button at the bottom of the Session Summary screen
  8. Check Email: An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to download the CSV file

  2. Go to Upload: Click Data Management -> Upload Data in the main menu
  3. Click on the Upload button: Click the “Select CSV File” button to open the file explorer
  4. Browse for File: Navigate to your exported CSV file and select it
  5. Confirm Selection: Click the “Open” button in your file explorer to import the data
